Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Players from provinces throughout the Philippines – whether in Metro Manila, the Visayas region, Mindanao, or elsewhere in the archipelago – are equally subject to these eligibility requirements. Residency in the Philippines does not automatically grant eligibility; compliance with all conditions listed above is required.

Account Registration and Management

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using the jill88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, legal compliance, and respect for other users and the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The availability of specific payment methods may change over time, and jill88 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment channels with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits into your jill88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified to your jill88 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill88's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the jill88 platform, or any game or service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jill88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. jill88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or anticipated savings, arising from or in connection with your use of the jill88 platform, regardless of whether jill88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 11. Suspension and Termination

jill88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where jill88 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) continuation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the jill88 platform or to the interests of other players; or (d) jill88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order. Upon termination for cause, jill88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause – for example, if jill88 ceases operations in a particular market – jill88 will return your real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Dispute Resolution

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jill88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, jill88 will notify registered players through a notification within the platform, by email to the registered address, or by posting a prominent notice on the jill88 website. The updated Terms will be effective upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the jill88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease use of the platform.
